I believe in oneness, diversity and dance as the language of the infinite.

Oneness is what i search in Dance, Individulity is what i seek in Choreography and the infinite power of NOW is what i will show you in my Coaching Sessions. Yoga is how i breathe and therefore it is not to be seperated from anything i do or create in life. BUDY Flow is a practice that happened through me due to my story and passion. Its a tool to enhance the quality of your movements inside out.
